Here's another obscure RPG for the Sega Game Gear that I have a feeling lots of people haven't heard about! It only came out in Japan, and the Game Gear wasn't as big as the Gameboy of course. There is an English translation of this game on Romhacking.net if you want to try it out! It's an action RPG similar to the Legend of Zelda.

Eternal Legend must be some secret treasure. For me, I think it remained overlooked because it was only available in Japan.

Way too many good games remained Japan only

Yeah that's true, thankfully lots of ROM hackers have been translating games so we can play these obscure titles! I think the Game Gear did better in Japan than here, both the Game Gear and Master System didn't do well in the states...

True, its how I got into Fire Emblem games besides first seeing it in Smash Melee.
But I think I will try and dig up a ROM on this game soon, I like to give it a try.

Most of those games are hidden gems with which few of us are familiar with. I don't like how they localize some of those titles.
