Was there ever a time you didn't mean to use an item but did?

I do this almost every time I play a game lol. I don't know how many times I've done this haha. It's annoying when I only have one more of the item left and I accidentally press the confirm button.

I do it in the heat of an intense battle sometimes, and always scream when I do, lol.

Same here lol, then I typically end up losing the battle because I used the item by mistake.

If it's a high item, I'll just shut off the game and reload.
