Cosmic Fantasy 2

This game was released on the Turbografx-16CD/PC Engine CD and it was the only Cosmic Fantasy game that was localized back in the day. I really don't get why these companies would pick one game in a series to localize, but don't bother translating the other games. Anyways have you played this game before? It was also on the Sega CD as "Cosmic Fantasy Stories". This was also Working Designs' first localization they created.
