I'm super stoked that we're getting a sequel to Cassette Beasts next year! I'm looking forward to seeing the new beasts that are going to appear in this game and I look forward to getting to know the new characters but I doubt any of them will be as good as Meredith from the first game. I'll be getting this when it comes out for sure!

Looks pretty good, never played any of the series though.

If you're a fan of Pokemon you'd like Cassette Beasts. It's a fun turn based monster collecting game, this one is supposed to take place in an alternative reality version of London in the year 2002 according to the synopsis. The first one doesn't really state what year it takes place in though.

Yep, the only slight difference is your character transforms into the beasts. You record their data using cassette tapes, but there is a bestiary, and there are leaders you need to go around and defeat.
