During the Pokemon Presents event Nintendo and Game Freak announced an upcoming Pokemon game called Pokemon Champions! Little is known about the game but it looks like it's going to be similar to Pokemon Stadium where you'll be competing against other trainers in a stadium. We could have double battles so I don't want to say it's one on one. But I have a feeling judging by the announcement trailer it's going to be more focused on player versus player rather than a single player campaign. Again I could be wrong, but I hope we get a single player mode. It'll be coming to Switch as well as mobile!

I hope it's good, I could use another decent pokemon stadium game, its been too long since the last one.

Agreed I loved Stadium even if it was damn near impossible to beat without the transfer pak and a copy of one of the Gen 1 GB games lol. I hope we'll find out more about this game soon!

I so badly wanted the transfer pak, but by the time I could get it, I didn't care to get it lol.

I read about this game in a forum. The concept is really interesting and I think it's generating buzz amongst the fans. I hope it live up to the expectations.

It did back in the day, sadly we don't have much for a modern version.

We've got more news regarding Pokemon Champions today! We had a Pokemon Presents earlier, most of the news was about the media side of the series but some news was for the games. Here's a video showcasing gameplay of Champions! I hope we get a PvE feature for casual players such as myself.

Looks good, might actually pick it up!

I'm definitely going to get it lol. I'll be getting it on the Switch, I don't think this game would run that great on my phone.

True, it may run better on the Switch 2 if you got the money to spend.
