Should be fine rest of the game, bosses will give you a challenge as well.Ravenfreak wrote: Tue Feb 10, 2026 10:51 pmYeah I did that myself recently lol. It's easy to do, but once you figure out where the line is where you're going to fight stronger monsters you can avoid it. I also did quite a bit of grinding against those difficult monsters, so the first boss was super easy.Demonskeith wrote: Tue Feb 10, 2026 7:42 am I beat it a couple of months, I did explore too far when I first started playing it and got wrecked pretty quickly. If you do a bit of grinding, you only need to fear the monster chests.

Yeah the first time I played the game I used the exploit where I kept attacking myself and my HP increased pretty quickly which made the game pretty easy. I'm about to enter the Dreadnaught right now. I'm going to grind a bit more though since Gordon keeps getting knocked out lol.

I think there is some annoying things in dreadnaught, but its a fun level.Ravenfreak wrote: Thu Feb 12, 2026 12:29 am Yeah the first time I played the game I used the exploit where I kept attacking myself and my HP increased pretty quickly which made the game pretty easy. I finished up the Dreadnaught section yesterday but I'm pretty sure I missed a chest so I'll have to start a new save in order to get all the achievements in the game. Dx I just defeated the army of Pirates and now I have a ship lol.

I hate that, even when following a guide I tend to miss stuff lol.Ravenfreak wrote: Fri Feb 13, 2026 12:41 am I finished up the Dreadnaught section yesterday but I'm pretty sure I missed a chest so I'll have to start a new save in order to get all the achievements in the game. I know right it's annoying lol. I just made it to Deist but I really need to grind some more before I continue the story since my fighters are barely doing anything with normal attacks and I don't want to just rely on Magic.

I'm trying to remember where I met some monsters, I think in the emperor's palace and I could not beat them and they are temp optional bosses too.

I got my butt kicked last night by some Imps since they confused my characters and they kept hitting themselves. :S I really need to grind lol, I was trying to take on monsters by Mysidia and yeah that didn't work out so great lol. Thankfully you can turn off encounters so that's what I did and left the area.

Oh yeah, status effects will mess you up pretty badly in this game, be careful of that stuff.
