Skies of Arcadia for me, it needs another one so badly. The only RPG to my knowledge that does airship battles.

Wild Arms and Earthbound come to mind. I know an unofficial English translation exists for Mother 3 but it would be cool to get it here someday but I highly doubt it.

Earthbound is a funny one where it gets tons of fan love, just no love from Nintendo.
