Leveling up in the game the traditional way is counterintuitive as the enemies level up with you. With the GF’s, you can grind AP to equip magic to your stats, and also grind magic to equip to the stats as each 10 of that spell increases your stats. Therefore, if you have 100 Cura equipped to HP and 100 Flares equipped to attack, your character can have 9999 health and 9999 attack.
