RPG Challenges!

I know I made a thread talking about beating an RPG at a low level. What other challenges have you done in your favorite RPGs? Recently I've been playing through Red version using just a Machop. I'm at the Elite Four but I keep losing against my rival. I'm very close to beating this challenge then my next one will be to use a mono type team in one of the Gen 1 games. I haven't figured out which type or game yet. I've also completed Legend of Legaia using no items in battle.

Those sound like fun challenges. I've also seen people do some crazily fun things like ironman runs or no-save runs in RPGs. It's interesting though

I finally finished up that Machop only run! I'm editing the video now, my next challenge will be using only water type moves in Red. I'm going to replace Squirtle with Horsea since it knows bubble. I'm using my Super Gameboy again to play through the game.
