Legend of Dragoon

Post by Blaze »

I remember playing this game back in the day. My best friend had a copy of the game and I watched him get pretty damn far in the game. I always wanted a copy but I could never find one at a good price. Cool thing is though, the game is on PS5 so I could play it myself since I got a PS5 but I don't feel like buying a PS Plus subscription for that one game you know? I think if memory servers me right, this game also has you inputting commands for characters to use special moves but it's similar to Final Fantasy VI.

I own this game on the PS5 as well as PS3. I used to have a physical copy of the game on the PS1 when I was a kid, but I was stupid and thought it was too much like Legend of Legaia so I had my dad take it back to the game store. I made it pretty far in the game, towards the end of Disc 3 if I remember correctly but never finished the game since when I was invested in it, my wife wasn't doing great mentally and I had to take care of her.

I use to play on my PSX/PS1. The Legend of Dragon was one of the better games I had. I think it has two discs.

I think it's got three or four discs but I could be wrong. It's definitely good game, one I need to beat someday!

I played The Legend of Dragoon back in the day, and I really enjoyed it. The story was engaging, the turn-based combat had a unique "Additions" system that made battles more interactive, and the Dragoon transformations were visually stunning for their time. However, I still remember the load times, especially for battles, were frustrating.

Never played it on PS1, didn't know about the game really. So picked it up on the PS3's PS1 emulator and really enjoyed it. Wished I picked it up sooner and wish we get another in the series.

I haven't play this game that much but I played it for like three times if I'm not mistaken. Its gameplay is quite immersive. It's additional command system makes it unique in all ramifications.

Indeed, able to turn into dragons was rather fun. Could make for an awesome great current game.
