Digimon World 2

Post by Ravenfreak »

Interesting enough this title wasn't released in Pal regions, wonder why? Anyways Digimon World 2 is a dungeon crawler unlike the first and third games. In fact, the first four Digimon World games each have a different play style. I have a copy of this game but like a good number of games in my collection, I've barely played it. Some songs in this game were used in Digimon World 3 btw. I remember my best friend growing up rented it from Family Video once, I really wanted a copy as a kid lol. Have you ever played this one?

I mostly rented this game from blockbuster during the day, I really enjoyed it but I mostly enjoyed DW3 a lot more. Didn't know songs were used in the later game.

I didn't really play this game that much but I played it a little bit. I think I love the dungeon crawler gameplay. It's truly engaging.

Yeah I definitely prefer DW3 over it. It's a fun game from what I've played so far, I don't play many dungeon crawlers.

Digimon world 2 is unique in some kind of way. I love its gameplay, it definitely set it apart from other games in the series.
