Pokemon Gens 1 and 2

I have so many memories of those and the fights never lacked the nolstagic feeling and they were simple in terms of mechanics.

You should! If it's gen 1, there's a good chance it still works fine. My yellow needs a new battery but it's the only Gen 1 game that I need to replace the battery. It needs some work done other than that though, I think a chip needs to be reflowed.

I randomly got the idea to go live last night and play Pokemon Blue on livestream! I'm in the middle of catching all 151 Pokemon in one cartridge! I played for over 3 hours last night too. I didn't really have anyone watching it much but I had fun playing it. (I did get someone to watch for 39 minutes so that was cool.) I was really trying to do this in one go but I started streaming way too late. :S So here's the first part!

I played Red in the past. My Machop only solo run was done in Pokemon Red. I can't find my legit copy of Red, so I played it via my reproduction cart I got from Temu.

That would be cool to do. It's been ages since I've played Gen 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and even 8 lol. I play Gen 1 the most even though Gen 3 is my favorite. I am going to continue the catch em all in one cart livestream soon, probably not tonight though.

Hey everyone, recently I had the urge to start making a Generation 1 hack. In this hack, I plan on changing the rosters of each trainer in the game and they're going to have stronger Pokemon. I don't want to make a carbon copy of Pokemon Blue Kaizo, where the Pokemon are super challenging but I want to make Red/Blue a bit more difficult than it is. So far I've changed the rival's starter to be at level 6 instead of 5. I'm going to change some of the level up movesets for Pokemon such as giving Bulbasaur Absorb over Leech Seed, and giving Squirtle Water Gun first instead of Bubble. As for Charmander, I was thinking about giving it Smokescreen since theoretically it should be able to spit out smoke. (Though it will learn Ember still at the same level.) Brock also has a level 16 Golem now. I need to figure out the rest of the trainer rosters. I will be sharing updates here, and when the time comes to release it I'll add a patch so you can play it!
