What Makes a Good Narrative in an RPG?
By definition, the RPG is a storytelling genre. Immersive worlds, complex characters, and emotional depth place titles such as The Last of Us and Mass Effect at the top. If a storyline is great, it can ensure continued involvement by the player. That is a key reason why RPGs are that popular.

It should havean interesting plot that is full of surprises, relatable characters, and choices that matter. A good narrative should affect the player's emotions and interests as well.Demonskeith wrote: Tue May 20, 2025 6:06 am Something that really pulls random characters together to complete something epic and that sticks to your mind.
